Cally & Firas' Wedding

I got to photograph another wedding in Estes Park. Cally and Firas had their wedding at the Stanely Hotel in Estes. I am not sure if I have ever seen a wedding gown quite like Cally's. Not only was her dress stunning, but so was she! Cally and Firas live in Atlanta, but decided to have a Colorado destination wedding. Cally's family has a home in Estes Park, so it has always been a very near and dear place for her. I had been looking forward to Firas and Cally's wedding. There have been a series of weddings that I have photographed this summer where all my brides were friends. It was fun to see some of my brides from this summer as wedding guests or in the wedding party. This wedding was coordinated by An Occassion To Remember. Both Erin and Michelle had put special attention into every detail.

Josh & Kellie's Wedding

I think Kellie and Josh's wedding was the most sentimental for me this year. They got married at the Breckenridge Lodge and Spa. That is where Dzifa proposed to me last year. I loved coming back to photograph a wedding at the same place. I think it meant even more to me that it wasn't just any wedding, it was Kellie and Josh's wedding. Josh cried from the moment he first layed eyes on Kellie. I don't think the tears stopped flowing all night. You could feel how lucky each one of them felt to have found each other and to be spending the rest of their lives together. It was a magical night and I was blessed to have been there to witness it.

Wedding in Tahoe

If you have never been to Lake Tahoe I encourage you to visit there. My good friend Jensen Sutta had a wedding to photograph in Tahoe. I was fortunate enough to have the weekend off, so I went with him to photograph Meshelle and Josh's wedding. It was nice to go to Nevada because my sister's family lives out there. I was able to spend a little time with her and my nephew before heading up to Tahoe. Jensen and I had a great time shooting together. Here are a few of my favorite pics from the day. Jensen and Emily will be photographing my wedding and I can't wait to see the awesome photos they come up with.

Brian & Kim's Wedding

I think the first photo explains it all. Brian and Kim are so fun and full of life. Thier weddding was at the Sanctuary. Ann Marlin with Nancy Chase Weddings had every little detailed planned perfectly. Gail and George (Kim's parents) surprised them with a dove release. From the moment they saw each other to their last dance they were happy and so in love. We did have a little rain that came our way during the wedding. Not even rain could damper this crowd. Brian and Kim thanks for letting me share in your wedding celebration. To see more of their wedding click HERE.
Best Wishes-

Speaking at Partner Conference

I am not exactly sure where the time is going this year. I feel like the minutes, days and weeks are just blending together. I recently had the opportunity to speak at Pictage's Partner Conference. It was great! The conference is designed to be very dynamic and unique for Pictage's photographers. The seminar sizes aren't too big, the tradeshow isn't overwhelming, the food is great, the speakers are fantastic and diverse and the sense of community is incredible.

I made a goal a year ago that I would speak at a conference within a 1-2 years. Well here I am one year later and I finally did it!! I gave my first hour long seminar about the pursuit of online wealth. I primarily talked about using all the tools that Pictage provides to it's photographers and how capitalize your profits on them. I was a little nervous before it started. Then right as I was setting up we couldn't get my notes to come up for my presentation. I ended up wingin' it without my notes and it went just fine. Here are a few photos that were taken by Loren Scott. It was great catching up with old friends and meeting new ones at this years conference. I am looking forward to speaking in Vegas too!

Here is a photo of Sue Ann, Holly and me right before my speech started.
Nothing like a good action shot. (lol)

Steve and Lisa

Steve and Lisa were such a fun couple to work with. Steve would wrinkle his nose at the camera and then bust out laughing. I thought they looked stunning in all of their pictures. The church was fabulous along with the reception. The view from the Pinnacle Room is unbelievable. You can see for miles and miles. To top it all off we had a perfect Colorado sunset. If you want to see more of their images please check out their slideshow!

Tim, Faith & Dzifa...My 3 Favorite People All In One Place!

Last night Dzifa and I went to see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in concert. We had such an unbelievable time. Of course I love country music and I love Dzifa, so needless to say I was in heaven. We bought front row tickets! I haven't ever sat in the front row of anything before, this was quite an experience. We were so close Tim and Faith came by and touched our hands. Here are some pictures that we snapped as they came through. I haven't ever felt star struck before, but last night was a different story.

If you look close you can see my hand (the one with the ring). Faith had just swept through the crowd to shake everyones hand. This is just a second after she let go of mine. :) Pretty fun!

Everyone likes this side of Tim McGraw. : )

They walked off stage about 3 feet from us.
